My wife and I want to Thank You, Rey and Swenson for your prompt response to our issues!!! On 17 June, 2025 Rey sent out Jose to complete our request. Rey and Jose quickly assessed our problems. Jose reconfigured the faulty tile, and re-patched and sealed our bathtub pipe. His work and craftsmanship was outstanding!!! He also patched the hole in our garage ceiling!!! We are pleased with his results!!! (See attached photos)

“I just needed a small piece of granite removed from behind my stove.
Other companies weren’t interested.
These guys responded immediately, and when the job proved easier than they expected, they charged me less than the quoted price!
Not sure if this will fix my dilemma (am waiting for a new stove with different dimensions), but if not, I’ll be calling them to tweak the work.
If I ever get new countertops, I won’t even call anyone else, I’ll just go with these guys.“

We were flooded out by hurricane Helene and decided to not just rebuild but to change the floor plan by taking out load bearing walls and a complete redesign of our kitchen and master bathroom and closet. This included removing walls and creating a new floor plan.

His communication was excellent, calling me everyday on status and any design change questions to make sure it is what my wife and I wanted. I never had to raise an issue or concern on progress or quality of his work. In fact anything I did have questions or concerns on he was always two steps ahead of me.

This is not what I normally got from contractors in the past. In the past it was always a struggle working with my previous contractors and complaining about the progress or the quality and efficiency of the teams.

I would highly recommend Houman and his team/company for any remodels or new construction. I know I will use him in the future for any of my projects. He is passionate about his work and team and it shows.“

“Hired Gulfside for the first time approximately five years ago. I was looking for a way to ensure my seawall would last as it was being undermined by strong currents where we live. We debated between a new sea wall and putting rip rap in. In the end, we decided on rip rap as being the more permanent solution and hired Gulfside to do the work. They were professional. They were responsive to our needs and addressed concerns promptly and completely. We were completely satisfied with their work and five years on still pleased that we made the right decision. We are just now hiring Gulfside again to do a new project for us. We went back to Gulfside due to the great job done earlier and are super pleased with Paul Kelley, Drew Beard, and Wallace. Great team to work with and highly recommend them.“
