On 3/14/24, I had the pleasure of receiving lawn service from Mr. Derrick Johnson of True Green. Upon his arrival, I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Johnson and discuss several inquiries regarding my lawn's health. Unlike many service professionals constrained by tight schedules, Mr. Johnson graciously devoted time to address my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. His willingness to listen, coupled with his insightful recommendations and tips for maintaining my lawn between visits, greatly impressed me. It was a,pleasure talking to Justin this morning and James yesterday. They both assured me that they applied what needed to take care of the weeds and the brown situation. Justin advised me on how to apply the water for the next 2 weeks. They both knocked on my door to make sure that they could advise me appropriately. I was very satisfied with their services.

I was dissatisfied about a service that was performed and I called you guys and you guys heard my concerns you sent somebody back out to care of the service, the gentleman that came out was very polite. He met all my needs and I appreciate that. Thank you very much for standing behind your work and going out of your way to satisfy your customer.
