From the initial visit for service by Paul, Sales Manager to Will the technician everything was simply excellent. Will came through covering entire surface of house and outside. Gave all the heads up/ things need to know and look for pertaining to the service. Informed of problem areas and actions taken to deal with them. Very courteous, thorough and encouraging with what was referred to as a divine appointment by the one who was home to receive the technician, Will. Grateful for such an outstanding company.

Yearly inspection and treatment. The technician ( Brady) arrived on time and was very kind and considerate. He was thorough and did a great job. This is our second year with TOP Notch. We're very satisfied with their service and product.

We originally hired Top Notch Pest Control to handle a rodent problem, and they did an outstanding job—quick, professional, and effective. But what happened today really showed why they live up to their name.
I accidentally called them about a bug issue, forgetting that our service plan only covered rodents. They came out anyway, and when Remington realized the mix-up, he didn’t hesitate or try to upsell me—he just took care of the problem with a great attitude and genuine kindness.
