Service is great. I usually come in about three times per month, and the service is always consistent. Michael, at the car wash tunnel entrance is always upbeat and pleasant.
I came from another car wash service down the road, and Tidal Wave is way better. The one thing that they’re missing is a mobile app to manage the subscription; it’s a pain to have to do any changes by email.
