Service is great. I usually come in about three times per month, and the service is always consistent. Michael, at the car wash tunnel entrance is always upbeat and pleasant.
I came from another car wash service down the road, and Tidal Wave is way better. The one thing that they’re missing is a mobile app to manage the subscription; it’s a pain to have to do any changes by email.
Been going here since they opened.
Several changes including price increases over time. But still one of the best car washes. Has towels, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, an air blowers in each drying bay.
I got the premium X4 wash $30.
Pretty sure it nicked my back right rim. But they are very low profile rims
