Rented from this location a few times and the last two times have worked directly with D.C. on my rentals. He is always a pleasure to work with and has a great working knowledge of appropriate tools for the job. He is a valued employee and represents Sunbelt with a positive image.
From the front desk, to loading, the employees here showed some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Robin went above and beyond the call of duty by lending me one of their trailers to transport the scaffolding that didn’t fit in the back of my pickup truck. Smitty helped load everything up and was very friendly. Despite It being my first rental at this sunbelt location I left feeling like I was a long time customer with how well I was treated.
The service here is terrific. They get you what you need quickly, offer you lots of advice and when I ended up choosing the wrong piece of equipment they gave me a huge discount. Can't say enough about businesses that still honor customer service like this!
