I would leave 0 stars if I could but we don't get that option. We canceled our service in August 2024 because they would come out without calling and leave a sign in our yard as to what they did but yet nothing was even wet and nothing was dying, bugs, weeds nothing. A gentleman even called us who said he was the owner and asked why we canceled and we explained why and he said OK well, I'm sorry I apologize but if you change your mind, please give us a call back. Now we get a bill in November for 60.00 for service, we called them told them we no longer had an account with them, it was canceled in August. He said...yes I see where you canceled, the man that helped you is no longer with us and for good reason. Now, we get another bill and it's now 120.00, they called looking for their money and we explained that we don't have an account and she said well you did up until November and I said no we did not. We canceled August. So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they're not canceling your account when you cancel it, and they're charging you for a service that you canceled months ago. So be careful who you hire this company is absolutely terrible.

Overcharging us for years as my Mom used to live here, when I finally changed companies they called and wanted to lower the price. So basically they were ripping off my Mom for years. Buyer beware...use anyone but them.

Wish I could use a negative number. I have never had a contract and asked them to stop spraying my lawn. They supposedly came and sprayed and sent me an invoice. Spoke to Daniel, one of their managers who refused to give me his full name and offer to come spray for free and do my neighbors lawns to "help me out". Now they've sent me to collections. Stay away from them
