Amazing presentation, assessment, customer service and educator on the products and value. He was professional, understanding, personable and encouraging. He isn’t just a salesman but a product expert. He was considerate of our budget and receptive to our ideas while also providing us even better ideas for our home, family needs and aesthetics. We would highly recommend Adam and the Pella company.
Eduardo and Marlon did a great job installing 4 large sliding doprs and 24 windows. They also walked through in the end and documented anything that neede to be fixed. Great personalities and efficiency.
I am so happy we chose to replace our patio sliders with Pella. Not only are they beautiful doors, but I had a world-class installer crew - Ryan, Shawn, and Jeremey. So respectful, kind, and absolutely professional. I will personally request this crew on any future window installs. Shortly after install, Pella sent Nick over to finish out the trim work. It looks amazing.
