The staff of Bay Arbor Dental Care are the best people. Dr Melissa Jones is the kindest, gentlest, and most knowledgeable dentist. Kim and Lilly are 2 of her hygienists and are just as good as Dr Jones is. The office staff are also superior. I highly recommend this practice . Good parking. So clean and all CDC regulations followed.
Had my first visit today. It was THE BEST visit I have ever had to a Dentist. Everyone there, from Allison and Dee at the front, and Kendra the (Super) Hygienist, and Dr. Jones herself were so kind and pleasant. The office is spotless and modern. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. I did not feel rushed a bit, and all my questions were answered. Spent the most time with Kendra the Hygienist. She was so patient and professional and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Jones examined my teeth and clearly described my condition. I couldn't be happier. After my last dentist closed I did a lot of research, and everything I found said that Bay Arbor and Dr. Jones were top notch, and they were right. I look forward to a long relationship with them.
