We recently used Harbor Air to repair our HVAC system. The original installer basically ghosted us after our system failed - didn't return our calls/texts. The system was only 18 months old, but we had already had issues before the latest failure. I guess they realized they were in over their heads and cut off communications after this last failure! We ended up going a few weeks without air! We called another company and the manfacturer - with little answers and a lot of confusion - what a nightmare! On a recomendation from a friend, Harbor Air stepped in and got us right! Kendell (owner) and Bob (service tech) were fantastic. Bob worked his connections with the dustributor and was able to get parts that we were initially told was limited due to " supply chain" issues. Thanks to Harbor Air for getting us right!

If you need A/C work you need to call Harbor Air. They are professional and explain what the problem is and they fix the problem not say that it all needs replaced. Harbor Air has been great to work with and they got my AC unit back up and running quickly. Kendall arrived about 2 hours after I requested help and in less than an hour he had my system running again. Both Tiffany and Kendall have been great to work with. Both were friendly and professional. When I need help with my AC system again, I will call Harbor Air.
