Harbor Air has been my go to A/C service provider for a few years now, dealing with issues created by the company that installed both HVAC units. HA and Mike have always responded quickly to my calls for help, restoring my AC. Recently, both units failed on the same day, a few months out of warranty. Kendall came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He was able to get one unit working temporarily and came back out on Monday to install 2 temporary units while we waited for the replacement units. Kendall and Mike both went over the estimate and fixes in detail and checked in frequently to be sure we were comfortable until we were able to install two new units. Nice family run business. My AC went down twice when it was really hot. They came out and fixed things as quickly as possible. When a part held up repair they asked out of concern if we had a place to go and stay cool. Luckily we did. The prices are very fair. When repairs have been made, things work. I'm not particularly familiar AC units in a hot climate and Kendall has taken time to double check things and answer any questions I have.

My wife called harbor air to ask a question about our AC not working for the past 5 days. I am a first responder and I am working a lot of hours and just did not have the time to figure out the issue. Kendall told my wife he would come by and check it as we put in a new blower motor and capacitor but it instill was not working correctly. When he arrived he checked it and found he just had to remove a wire and change the relay and it is now working properly. I strongly recommend harbor air and will be referring anyone that is in need of AC repair.Service: HVAC system maintenance
