Customers report the office staff is responsive and helpful, while the delivery team is friendly, quick, thorough, clean, and timely. They help make events like weddings and holiday parties look better than dreamed of, providing items such as tents, bars, dance floors, linens, and tables. The company is highly recommended for their amazing customer service and for making the planning process easy.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Megan Geho and the team at Elite Events & Rentals for Caroline & Dhruv’s wedding at Hotel Tampa Riverwalk, and they were outstanding from start to finish.
Elite provided the stage, dance floor, and guest seating, and everything was delivered exactly as promised—on time, in excellent condition, and set with care. Elite is the best! I planned my own wedding and they made it so easy and helped me the entire way through. My wedding looked better than I could have ever dreamed of. The office staff was responsive, and helpful, the delivery team was friendly and so quick. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work!
