Great experience. Clear communication. I want to also add that the process was seamless. No drama. Things got done once and no need to come back for anything to fix. We have had the bathroom done for a month now. In contrast, I have another project replacing windows with a different company around the same time. 2 months later, still waiting for them to resolve the issues. Can't recommend Clearwater Shower Bath enough
