I was NOT happy with how they handled my estimate. I was happy with the bathroom estimate, it came in a bit high but we expected this. For the kitchen we had the apt. For them to measure, we spoke with a designer, then we needed a 3rd appointment for them to give us the estimate. They had to reschedule that 3rd apt twice and then after the second time I asked if they could just email it- I don't have the time to keep making appointments then canceling them last minuite. They could not do this because it had the design on it- nor could they email me a version without. When I expressed that I no longer was interested they guy seemed kinda pushy. These guys were great. They show up when they say they were going to show up. The stay the whole day. The clean up at the end of each day (ok it is construction so it won't be perfect but at least they make an attempt). After the destruction they even vacuumed. Their attention to detail was great. The cut a tiny sliver of tile to fill in around a window instead of just putting in more grout. They would ask question throughout the process to make sure everything was as desired. Really good crew. And it was nice to have one contact for the whole job vs us having to get in a bunch of different crews.

Bath World is an A++ small business firm with a passion for success—that oozes out from all facets and employees. Everything from sales, stellar craftsmanship in all phases of projects, owner involvement to every project—is a 10/10. None better. As a 40 year engineer—I would recommend this company to the Nth Degree…period. I would strongly recommend this company for any remodel operation you have in mind.
