Awesome response! Our contractor accidentally while replacing the roof of the well house allowed something from the tear down to cut or break an essential pipe. Water spraying everywhere. I called Pure water pros right away as they used to service our water system some years back.. a fella was out in 2 hours! All fixed! Thanks !
we have used Andy's for the last 12 years .They have always been prompt in responding to my calls..The technicians are always professional and courteous and helpful and answer any questions or concerns I have had..Recently called about a pressure switch problem I was having .they took care of it with in 24 hours .and eased my mind...and quite reasonable with the charges...it is great to have a business around that you can count on when the need arises..Thank you again for the quick response
Had a great experience! Andy came out to my place in Alachua within a few days of calling him, explained things clearly, and was very straightforward and honest. When his guys came to install my system, they were polite, friendly, and professional. They got things done in a reasonable amount of time and left the area clean and neat. I got a tannin filter, iron filter, and water softener, and I can tell the difference after only a few days. Very please with Pure Water Pros.
