I have had the best experience with here first with hormone replacement therapy. I feel like my old (young) self again. It really makes a huge difference. Then I went there because I could not snap out of an nagging depression and my antidepressant's just were'nt cutting it. So the Nurse practitioner suggested I try Microdosing with Ketamine so she prescribed it and it came in less than a week. I put on some meditation music and melted away. i do this once or twice a week and it has helped with my depression a lot. It isnt a quick fix by any means but it helps.
