I visit my friend at the facility.I have known her for 50 years.She needs to be with people,not at home alone.She loves it there.Everyone is so nice to me when I visit. And I feel she is in Great hands Thanks to the wonderful people ?

We stopped by Okeechobee Health Care Facility without calling ahead-unannounced. The building looks older from the outside, but inside it was very clean and orderly. The staff we passed in the halls were professional and busy with their care. Overall, it made a very good impression on us. If you’re considering a place for a loved one, it’s worth dropping in to see for yourself. - a place where people really care.

I am so grateful I chose the Okeechobee Health and Rehabilitation facility for my post operative rehab. I would give them ten stars if I could. Let me say that nothing is perfect. But they sure try, and come real close! I was there for 17 days, and saw how the long term patients were given personal, caring attention. Everyone on the staff was attentive and caring. There are some I would mention, but it wouldn’t be fair as I have poor name recollection and would leave others out. To summarize I had constant attention, smiling and caring CNA, RNs, Physical Therapists. I didn’t want to go home! Thank you OHCF!
