My Uncle Monty is currently undergoing rehabilitation here, and we’re visiting from Indiana. He’s quite pleased with the place, and everyone is very friendly. However, he’s missing his card games, especially Euchre.
Upon our arrival, we noticed no unpleasant odors and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. After accepting our visitor badge, we headed to the hall. We encountered the first nurses’ station and cart, which was unlocked and unattended. There were medications on the cart, and the narcotic book was open, which is a clear violation of HIPAA regulations.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding Doctor physical therapist who truly made a difference in my mom’s recovery. When my mom was at OHCF, we were fortunate to find out that he would also be her physical therapist during her rehab stay. That continuity of care meant a lot to us.
From day one, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand her condition and pushed her just the right amount to help her improve without overwhelming her. His knowledge and dedication really showed in every session.

I visit my friend at the facility.I have known her for 50 years.She needs to be with people,not at home alone.She loves it there.Everyone is so nice to me when I visit.
