What a professional company. They advised me that they were running late and kept me up to date as to the time of the arrival of their technician.
Will, the technician was very courteous and pleasant and efficiently conducted the annual maintenance service of my A/C unit. He showed me an area of mould growth which was obviously impacting the quality of the air flow into the house and recommended a UV air purifier that would stop this.
This company installed the A/C unit about 5 years ago and have given sterling after sales service . I thoroughly recommend this company, Thank you Will, for doing a great job today.
Thank you so much for your company in response to maintenance, Joyce. Will, the technician was very professional, on time, courteous and help me restore my A/C. I like to say it's medical life saver.
