I’ve been seeing Dr Jay since I was 8 years old (22 years ago!) with my very first pet cat. I trust him and his associates judgment completely and will travel several hours just to ensure my pets get the quality of care they provide. Great facility. Provide you all your medical options and financial options. Honest even when it’s painful all while having compassion and empathy. Awesome doctors and assistants. They never hesitate to get my animals seen when something comes up! Ive even walked in woth an emergency outside of walk in time and they took care of it. Willing to explore alternative options when cost is a factor in treatment. Honest about what you have to get vs what you can get for pet as far as tests etc go and let you know if something will be pricey. They keep the rooms and lobby and what little I've seen of the back very clean.
