A SHOUT OUT ! ! ! I have a Toughbook laptop that I use every day for my Plumbing business. The laptop started shutting itself off and was having intermittent rebooting issues. Then, my curser scroller stopped working. I took it in Tuesday afternoon. They said it would be a two or three day turnaround. I got a call the next day, it was done and working fine. I was quite surprised at the quality, speed and reasonable cost. Few places today treat you with the best professional manner, I am overall very pleased with the entire visit. I have working laptop again and don't feel like caveman drawing on the walls. Thanks so much, you will be highly recommended.

I am spending the winter in Okeechobee, I left my laptop power cord at home and since we are staying in different places every few nights in our RV I don’t have an address to have it mailed to me. I found ICS and called asking if they could order me a cord and have me pick it up at their address. They had me bring in my laptop and when I got there they pulled out a box full of cords and found one for my laptop. It cost me $10.00. They could have charged me the price from online($50.00) for my model! Then they went even further and insisted on making certain it was the correct cord by removing the battery from my laptop and making sure it stayed powered up. They went...read full review
