I called Echols Plumbing on a holiday to leave a message expecting a return the next day. They returned my call within the hour despite the holiday and confirmed a next day appointment. The scheduler was new and very friendly and efficient. The technician, the next day, was Brandon and we will request Brandon next time. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable (went straight to the task), worked diligently, and was very polite. He also left the work area clean and caulked the bathroom fixture the same way that it was prior to removal for a repair. Thank you, Brandon! We were very happy with Echols.

We had an emergency plumbing job and within two days Echols came to the rescue! It was a tough job but it was handled within our short time frame and very professionally! Brandon did a great job and we can't thank him an the team enough!!

Anthony was the technician twice at my home. He did great both times. Communicated with timing on when he was to arrive. Showed up on time. Got the job done fast and correct. He made sure to shut my gate fully which no one does and is always a good sign when someone is working at my home! We will always ask for Anthony when we call thank you.
