Mike is the most awesome knowledgeable service technician we ever met. Answered my text within the hour and came out to our camp site within an hour. We had two slides that would not work each with a different problem. He assessed the issues and had them fixed in record time. He explained everything to us in layman terms so we knew what was wrong. So super friendly and a great guy. We will most definitely be sharing his information with everyone at North Lakes Estates and in the area.If we could rate higher he would be a 10.
