I had a roof leak around one of my skylights. It started late in the day and I called that evening. Adam answered right away and had someone out first thing the next morning to seal around the skylight. He also sealed the other one that wasn’t leaking to make sure it stayed dry. Fantastic company and responsive people who go out of their way for you! You guys rock!

Alex, the project manager, had something come up the morning of our appointment and couldn't make it. Instead of asking us if he could reschedule, he let us know that Ken, the operations director, was coming out instead.
