We just had a new Timberline dimensional shingle roof put on our house and our large detached garage. The communication was very good between Mike Sandlin the salesman and Josh the crew chief. We were sent the schedule ahead of time and they arrived right on time. It only took them a day and a half to complete all the work once they started. We are very happy with the job that was done and they did a good job of cleaning everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new roof!
Our experience with this company was just great, the office staff, the explanation of the estimate and process, our supervisor and crew all exceptional! The job was done in good time with only one nail found on the ground after the completed work- they were very sensitive to our specific needs. After the job was completed and paid for, we had a problem with the dryer vent on the roof. When I explained the issue, even though they were not at fault, they immediately sent out crew supervisor John who was awesome- he climbed into the hot attic to fix the problem, noticed another potential problem and also fixed that for us.

**UPDATE** - I had Sharpe add an attic vent (where one should have been by code). Very fair pricing, great service, clean install.

If you want a trustworthy roofer, use Sharpe Roofing. West came out to review an issue that I was having with another contractor. He provided solid feedback and educated me on proper installation and what I should be asking from my current (under warranty) roofing contractor. West wanted nothing in return. I'd highly recommend him for any roofing needs.
