Bottom Zupp did a great job with removing the glued down hardwood flooring at my moms townhouse! Dominick came in on his riding floor remover, and pulled the wood and glue right up. Then his crew took it all out in trash cans, and they did a great clean up afterwards. Very professional and well done!
Recently purchased a home - decided to update the flooring and kitchen. I had BottomZupp remove all of the flooring throughout the house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did a great job for a reasonable price. They took great care to try to keep the dust out of other areas of the house. It's not really possible, but they did their best to minimize it. They stayed until the job was done and finished the clean up.

My initial contact I believe was with the owner, he put me in touch with Brooks, who was amazing, very thorough reassuring, very competent, with a voice you want to hear when they're about to rip apart your home, lol. TBH I was FORCED to use another company because the crappy builder who caused the initial flooring issue wouldn't allow.
