Ms. Moncrieffe is one of the best Psy Practitioner I've ever been treated by. She took the time to get to know me and worked with me until she got the proper meds and dosages that I needed. She is caring, patient and always starts our session with a smile and encouragement and it ends the same way. Thessa is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had some bad experiences with psychiatrist, I didn’t feel like I was being listened to and I was over medicated. Thessa has truly listened to me and she involves me with the decision making of medication and explains why she chooses the medication she does. Thessa is professional, thoughtful and I feel fortunate I’ve found her this time. Thessa also is prompt in replying when I’ve had to message her through the portal. I’m very happy with this nurse and I trust her with my mental health it’s great to be able to trust! Thank you Thessa!
