I only just got my screen replaced today.And a phone charger. So while I'm not 100 % sure if anything is wrong yet. So far it was a fair and decent Business transaction. The price was pretty fair and they did the repair in front of me at the Counter. I would normally give it at least a 4.5 for the service on the device, ( again, hopefully nothing wrong with it after) but 5 stars for the the service and the Transparency of the place. You can tell these are authentic people running a small business. Overall, they did all that I hoped and didn't try to sell more then necessary.
I was surprised to find someone who would work on my 15-year-old laptop. The guy I normally use didn’t wanna mess with it, but I was at Walmart, and I thought what the heck let me ask. The guy not only would he work on it, the price was so good. I couldn’t believe it I kept asking what the Outdoor price would be. They kept telling me I just told you the total price. This team took in my old laptop, texted me at every step of the way to keep me informed as to the progress and in just a very short time, had my laptop good as new. I couldn’t believe it. I was told that my laptop was too old for Windows 11, but no they were able to put that on there too....read full review
Went to Techy repair inside Walmart when I called them and asked how much they charge to replace battery on apple iPhone 13 the person responded and give me the price . I also called Apple Store and asked for the price yes it was cheaper but the thing is that by the time I go to apple and it would cost me much more driving deal with traffic and tolls . So I decided to take my phone to Techy I am so happy that I took it there because I only have to wait an hour and the owners was very nice and answered all my questions, the service was fantastic they are professional and experienced . I would use them again in the future highly recommended .
