Jessica was a dream to work with when my 10-year old daughter got second holes in her ears! She made sure to communicate what she was doing to my daughter every step of the way to make sure she was comfortable. I appreciate that as a mom. She was also so patient and understanding when I told her we accidentally left her birth certificate at home. She said no problem, to take our time and stay safe as it was raining. We got there about 20 minutes late because of the mishap and she wasn’t annoyed or frustrated with us. The shop was clean, she offered us water, restroom, etc. HIGHLY recommend!!!
I’m going to the military and came in for a smiley piercing removal that I was struggling to do on my own. Jessica the piercer helped me out by doing it at no cost when others planned on charging me. She is absolutely the best! Was patient, made sure I was comfortable and helped me out so that I can continue the next chapter of my life. 10/10 would recommend her as a piercer! I went to Slaughterized Ink because I had a pesky piercing from a different shop that was giving me issues. I initially just came to get the ball on the piercing replaced, and I called to make sure I could just walk in and Jessica truly went above and beyond from the jump.
Jessica was super friendly on the phone, and when I got there she had already started pulling nose jewelry another patron coming who had also called in need. While I was there Jessica walked me through everything she was doing and explained why she was doing it, while also having an extremely warm and friendly personality.
