Liliana Ortiz is the best person working at this clinic who is stupendously awesome doing fantastic job with dignity and professionalism she is well mannered and I suggest management to promote her to next level and increase her pay. She deserves all the credit for her hard work and dedication she’s impeccable at this clinic.

This is the first time sanitas got it right! The staff was so friendly and the nurse actually was so nice and listened this time when I said I dont want to know about my weigh cause of my ED and she asked me if she wants me to let the doctor know too. The doctor Nancy Lim was amazing! So attentive and kind and really listened. I cried cause I was so happy that finally felt safe. I’ve had a lot of medical trauma mostly to doctors not listening. Especially in marginalized or poc we tend to feel less safe and wanting to go to medical facilities. I’m glad whatever training to whatever trey did to change from last time I was there helped a lot!!
