We shopped around.... and the timeframe issue many talk about in their reviews seems to be the same everywhere. We are so happy with Quality vaults- Naiomi was helpful, kind and very understanding. She helped us design exactly what we wanted even custom artwork our kids' hand-designed for their grandpa on a cameo on the custom vase. The price was reasonable and the headstone looks amazing and is great quality. The prices were much lower than the cemetery or the funeral home too. Thank you so much for your help Naiomi.
Great service! This is a horrible situation for my family having to say goodbye to my husband however Quality Vaults & Monuments, Inc treated us with compassion and love. This is my second time coming buying a tombstone. This is the only place I will recommend!
