WOW, What a staff at New Day in Snellville Ga! Bentley is doing well after being neutered and he said thanks for having the skills to handle a mischievous or misunderstood Lab. Dr. Raniece, I was blown away by your leadership and attention to detail and I will provide just two examples. The way you are training your staff to be leaders, everyone played their roles very well, and when they weren't sure you politely directed them. Before Bentley's surgery, I expressed my concerns about him getting up in the high truck. Not only did you say don't worry we will help Bentley, but I noticed that you pre-positioned yourself in the lobby during Bentley's checkout, while answering questions from boarding and the veterinarian sides. To me, that meant you didn't only listen to my concern, you were addressing my concern, and that is why I drive 45 minutes bypassing many veterinarians to get to New Day Veterinary Care. I moved here from Nashville and my little Pappilon got very sick. We took her to a different vet and she got sicker that night so we brought her to Fetch emergency and was quoted $3600 to just keep her overnight. We got medications for her and began our search the following day as she was getting worse. We found Jennifer Hass at New Day Veterinary Service and we joined their wellness plan so the surgery became affordable and Jennifer saved my dogs life with this surgery. I'm so fortunate to have found her because my dog is alive and well now. She got us in when there were no appointments and cared so much for my dog. Thank you is not a strong enough word for this amazing veterinarian.
