I had an exceptional experience thanks to Khunica, the Dental Office Operations Lead. From the moment I walked in, everything was organized, welcoming, and seamless. Khunica’s professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail truly set the tone for the entire office. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, heard, and respected. Customer service at this level is rare, and it shows in how smoothly the office operates. This is the kind of leadership that makes a dental visit stress-free and pleasant. Highly recommended! Oh and you will know who she is by that big ole smile! Lol
I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. John and Raysa was especially helpful, took the time to explain my treatment plan .
Dr. Shenouda was amazing. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference for me. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made sure all my questions were answered.
