Terry answered the phone basically on the first ring. I explained to him my conditions with my main water service and he told me he could get his team out right away. Once his team arrived they quickly excavated and found the best way to solve my problem. Thomas’s work is so clean and thorough that he even corrected some other problems I didn’t know I had. I am so glad I called them. If you’re in a pinch like I was give these guys a call they will get you out of it.
Alpha plumbing has provided me with excellent service on our most recent repiping for our house. The owner was quick to respond, and came out same day to provide an inspection after a pipe burst in our home. He was not pushy and provided a genuinely caring personality during the experience. I personally chose to repipe the house to avoid further problems. The team that came out to complete the job was very respectful and completed the work efficiently. If anyone is looking to have a similar job done I would greatly recommend this company.
Terry was very helpful throughout the process whether it was providing me a quote, helping me decide between a hybrid or regular water heater, helping me understand permits so I can get my energy company and federal tax rebate, and questions I had after the install. He didn't upcharge me like all the other people I got quoted if I needed an expansion tank or if I wanted a permit. The installer was also the same way with bringing me into the process when I was asking questions and helping me understand the new hybrid water heater. The 2 lines they installed that were ran through my concrete block were also touched up well. Thanks a lot!
