About 3 years ago United Roofing replaced the roof on my home. All work was excellent quality and any questions I had were quickly answered completely. Recently, during an inspection of my home, it was noted that the pipe from the bathroom fan was not attached to the roof vent, I called United Roofing to see if they could reattach the pipe. Someone from the company was at my home to inspect the piping and roof vent. Even though it was determined that the pipe was too short to attach to the vent, they obtained an extension and made the repair at no charge that day. They also documented was done to make the repair because this related to the sale of my house. All work was done completely and professionally. They went over and above what would normally be expected.
Very fast 2 man crew. Guys knocked it all out in about 2.5 days and we are very happy. Super easy to work with and Tyler was a lot of help. Thank u guys again
I just this week had my roof replaced and I’m very pleased at this time! It’s beautiful and the crew did a fabulous job. They cleaned my property up very nicely almost like they found it! The crew was very nice and helpful they went above and beyond with a little help I needed extra and they offered to help me out! The salesman Tyler was very professional and friendly, his dad Eric owner was curious and respectful, both were to my son and I. We had a little hiccup but they made it right and as of this moment we both are pleased with the service! I’m excited for rain because I had a little leak so fingers crossed! As of today I very pleased. If any issues I’ll update but as of now they and the crew were fantastic! The quote I received was right with the other 3 estimates I got and I’m grateful I chose this company! Thank you for the beautiful roof and I will be recommending this company!
