Servicing our AC twice a year is something we have been doing for last 30years. We have never had a company or service tech as professional and knowledgeable as United and Charlie the tech. Charlie is prompt and meticulous and knows everything about my inside AC unit and Garage unit which United installed for us. I actually called United while I was away for 3 months because there was a problem in my garage and Kristen who answers the phone took care of my problem the next day. Called this morning at 8 and they were here at 10:00. Fixed the issue in 20 minutes with no charge. Bay Area does good work and stands behind the work they do. Best company in our area!

Within 24 hours after calling for an appointment- my problem with the AC was fixed AND I had one of the best services delivered by Charlie Martell (this includes everything ever done at my residence). Knowledgeable, courteous and absolutely a customer for life. Thanks TT
