We came to Carlos because we had lost our home and possessions in a fire. We were able to get copies of many of the receipts from one of the Jewelry stores. Our purchases went all the way back to 1998.
The receipts however did not have very much detail to them, mostly just item #'s and purchase price. Almost all of the items numbers were now obsolete.
We had submitted all of these receipts to our homeowners insurance adjuster but they had difficulty determining what the items actually were and what each was valued at.
