We used Sauer to install a screen around our front entrance and to put on a sunroom on the back of the house. We had several bids. Sauer's price was fair, their communications with us was extraordinary (we knew when they were running early and running late), the work they performed was excellent. The crews were professional and polite, and did a rather good job of cleaning up the worksite (there were still the NORMAL clean-ups needed after they were gone, but they did their part well). It is still early as the work has just been completed, but we are delighted with them, have already referred them to friends and would gladly use them again!
Smooth project, from the initial estimate with Eric to the finished project. All questions and concerns are promptly handled by an amazing office staff (Amanda and Crystal). Installation crew was professional and neat. Mitch the project manager was onsite or only a phone call away. We chose Sauer due to their great customer reviews along with being a family owned business.
We had screen room installed and are very happy with this company. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. All the workers from the concrete guy to the installers were professional and excellent at their craft. When the county inspector came to inspect the completed job, he told my husband that our screen room was much better than a lot he has seen in the area. Had the room now for 3 months and love it!! Highly recommend this company.
