This was our first time using a mobile tint company so I did a lot of research before making a selection, and Tint Solutionz had the best reviews, as well as a great price. I also liked that Chet has been tinting for so many years, so I knew I could trust him to do a good job on our Audi Q7. He arrived right on time and called me before to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did the work in my garage and the results were outstanding. He finished quickly and made sure I was happy with it, as well as explaining a few things about tint and the curing process. He even gave us stickers to make sure we don't roll windows down. Such a nice guy to work with and it was way more convenient than dropping our car off and waiting in a sketchy waiting room. We will be using this company for all future tint jobs and I highly recommend you do the same.

Few things. Chet, the owner, was the individual who came out to tint my windows. I spoke to him through both text and and on the phone. on April 27th. We confirmed an arrival window between 9-10am on April 28th; he did not show up until 11:15am. He claims that he woke up to a dead battery which is what caused him to be late. Through text, Chet confirmed his pricing would be $159 minus a 10% yelp discount. After checking my receipt, I come to find out that he charged me $169 minus the 10% discount. I spoke to Chet on May 2nd where he reluctantly, and with attitude, admitted his mistake and would send me a refund. Today is May 10th and I have yet to receive my refund in the mail. He claims he is unable to process refunds through the credit card application he used to process my payment. The work itself (tinting) took him just over an hour to complete. On my rear driver's side window, there is a slight line that has not gone away but other than that, the tint seem to be OK. Customer experience is everything to me and unfortunately that is something that is lacking completely. Update 5/15/18: Tries to contact Chet on 05/11 about my refund. No response. Sent him a text message today saying "Not going to respond anymore?". He finally responds telling me the check is the mail and I should receive it by Friday. Not confident that it will happen, I said "I hope so". His proceeding by responding "Listen I don't need your $10 if I did I should find another career." Customer service is the reason why this guy should find another career. I 100% do not recommend his business/company to anyone.
