I have had the pleasure of attending Amber's Macro master class and currently part of her group nutrition coaching class. There is something offered for everyone at the training toole! Amber takes such a realistic approach to health and nutrition. She isn't about crazy diets or fads! If anything, she will help you break away from any of those mindsets. Even the healthiest people need help sometimes and tweaks. She has been so amazing in helping me increase my protein intake and really understand what my body needs as I go into menopause.
