We were having problems with twig ants and although it is unusual for them to be inside, Michael Meyer listened and responded quickly to our issue. He even made time to fit us into his very packed schedule. Michael embodies what customer service should look like.

Great company to work with, super kind representatives and the tech they sent was awesome! Michael Meyer was my tech and he was respectful to me and my wife. He explained exactly how everything works and worked super fast. I would recommend them and if it is possible ask for Michael Meyer!

Terminix identified and fixed a water issue in my crawl space. I didn't even know they handled stuff like that until they came for an assessment and estimate. They ended up encapsulating my crawl space and now it's dry under my house. My health has improved and I'm so grateful to them. Their staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. They respond to questions and messages promptly. Recently one of the pipes had a small leak and they came out and replaced it with no issues. The technician today, George Vin, specifically was the one who was in the crawl space identifying the problem and was very knowledgeable and thorough.
