Aside from the fact that the waiting room is filthy, dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty furniture, etc. This provider skipped 2 teleconference appointments in a row because they were "too busy" after referring me to specialists who are no longer accepting patients. The office manager who is also the doctors wife was verbally abusive on the phone when I explained that I needed care and would not be able to continue coming there if they cannot keep their appointments. She was disgustingly rude and unprofessional and when I mentioned her one and two star reviews she proceeded to ask me where I worked because she wanted to leave me negative reviews and followed it up with "don't you worry about my reviews". She then scheduled an in person appointment for me at 4:30pm to which I showed up. Made me wait over a half hour in the waiting room to bring me into her office to tell me that they were discharging me because AMBETTER insurance contacted her regarding a grievance I posed and that the insurance company recommended to her that she discharge me as a patient. This was now my 3rd missed appointment in over 2 months trying to be seen. When I contacted the insurance company they said that an investigation would be lodged and escalated as that was not the case. Since then, the same office manager has hung up on me 3 times not trying to get my medical records that came back from the blood work she charged me for. Don't waste your time with this clinic.

One of the worst medical offices. The doctors wife works there who has a nasty and unprofessional attitude. Despite numerous complaints, she is still there. The are also surcharging patients who use credit/debit cards 3% or more in violation of Florida. These are just a few examples of the violations that go on here.

Got me hooked on pain medications by over medicating me with fentanyl, percocet and various other narcotics. He should lose his medical license for overprescribing. I’ve been to rehab and am now doing opioid maintenance and have been sober for 2 years. I’ve seen him overprescribe several other people. He was rude and said he would take away my pain medicine and anxiety meds if I didn’t lose weight. . I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy
