We arrived there at approximately 4:45 pm. 20 minutes later, attendants were gone, not generally a problem. It is a self-service facility. the problem is that they lock the bathrooms when they leave. This was a major inconvenience to me. Yes, there are businesses nearby that might let you use their facilities, but if you really need to go, you have to go to McDonald's or cross the Boulevard to one of those businesses in the 40 east shopping center. The other issue we had was with the machines. Several of them were out of order, and at least one of the dryers we used refused to tumble if there were any clothes in them, it tumbled fine when empty, but we unloaded everything...read full review
This was my first time at this location. Although, the machines worked well. It wasn't as clean as the one in Deland. I dropped a few clean socks on the floor and felt maybe I should wash them again.
The machines aren't kept that clean. How you have coin slots for the machine but no change machine to use.l!! It's a no brainer. You need to be able to change your bills for those who don't want to purchase a card.
