BACK IN MARCH OF 2023 QUALITY INSTALLED A NEW SHINGLE ROOF. AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS I NOTICED EXCESSIVE PROTECTIVE STONE THAT COVERS THE SURFACE OF THE SHINGLES WAS SHOWING UP NEAR THE DRAIN SPOUTS. I TOOK A CLOSER LOOK AND THE ROOF APPEARED VERY WORN. I CONTACTED QUALITY SERVICES AND JOHN CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE INSPECTED THE ROOF, CONTACTED ME AND AGREED THE SHINGLES WERE LIKELY DEFECTIVE. AT THIS POINT, JOHN ASKED ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH OWENS CORNING AND I DID. MY CLAIM WAS DENIED TWICE BUT JOHN ASSURED ME HE WOULD GET THE MFG OF THE SHINGLES TO WARRANTY THE ENTIRE ROOF.
