Jim was an incredibly nice, respectful, and knowledgeable individual. He is the owner of this company and the one who performs the physical work and repairs. He’s made two trips to us for two separate issues within the last month, and fixed the issues very quickly both times. I highly recommend this company and the services provided. Jim came out 02/11 and gave me an excellent price on a complete system which I needed came home from hospital that day and Jim came back 2/12 and installed an awesome unit for us.
