We got bids from 3 different companies for our new screenroom. We chose Oswald and couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of work, attention to detail and reasonable price made it a pleasurable experience. Scott and his team are amazing!

Had Oswald Aluminum enclose our lanai. They chose to use Custom Window Services for the windows. We have one window that clearly has manufacturing defects. “The guy” came out to inspect and determined it needs to be replaced. Told us we would have to pay $150 for the service, but window is covered by warranty. I think that’s BS. my wife received a text from CWS stating they would be here today, in the afternoon, to replace the defective window. No sign of technicians. No courtesy cal. No call to say we’re delayed. Yet, they had a crew, literally, 4 houses down from us yesterday afternoon. I would stay away from this low quality company.FFYI

I would give Oswald's 10 stars if I could. Eric came out this morning to give me an estimate to replace my gutters. He could have sold me new gutters.However, he said that my gutters were fine. All that is needed is to clean and reseal the joints. He saved me thousands of dollars.Thank you, ERIC!
