I am camping in the middle of no where and open rv showed up in 10 minutes. Maybe I got lucky bc of techs location during the call, but he fixed my breaker issue in 2 minutes Flat. Told him I don’t pay for your time rather your results. So I didn’t mind the minimum payment.
Our furnace stopped blowing out hot air. We were able to get a same day appointment and their Technician Ray was even early to the appointment. While he troubleshot he explained how the furnace works and everything he was testing. Turned out to be a faulty control board which he was able to replace then and there. Highly recommend this company and their technician Ray.
We got all set up on our site and three days later the lights went out. We called and the technician, Ray, came out the same day, un heard of, he quickly found that our converter was bad, he had a replacement on his van and the whole process was done with in an hour.
