Dr.Bhavani is great and the main reason I have stayed. However, the receptionist NEVER answers the phone and places you on hold for more the 12 minutes making you have to hang up and call again. To not answer and leave a message. Nothing is resolved instantly. If Dr. Bhavani does not get better, reliable and organized staff this will be a hug issue.

This practice has been my mother's PCP for years and the Dr. is a lovely woman. The problem I have is with her office staff and their inability to process prescriptions in a timely manner. They are incompetent and negligent. We have repeatedly requested a refill for my mother's insulin with no result. I am so frustrated with the unprofessionalism and lack of care exhibited and will be changing doctors immediately.
