Dr Anju Vasudevan is my dad’s doctor and she has been absolutely amazing. She keeps us fully updated each step of the way. The staff have gone above and beyond with scheduling appointments, returning phone calls, taking care of referrals, and staying on top of his care.
Why does it seem rules and or policies seem to change daily weekly monthly at this place. One month you go you can get labs see doctor and go back to treatment room and get treatment then it seems to make another appointment to see doctor get labs and try to schedule treatment and you are told OH IT IS POLICY YOU CN NOT SEE DOCTOR AND GET TREATMENT IN SAME DAY!!! “ due to insurance is the excuse “ this place seems so unmanaged at times or they make their own rules and policies to suit their selves on that day. My dad goes here and everyone is amazing doctor Roma is the best. We highly recommend her. Our only complaint is the lady at Timberidge location that draws blood. She is rude and completely different from the rest of their staff. We thought maybe it was just one time, but it is every time this is not a place for that. She really needs a new job because every other staff member is wonderful.
