Maria is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, talked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. I left walking differently in the best way! I can confidently say that Maria has helped me with my pain. I started coming to OMIT a few months ago for pain in my trapezius muscles. With regular massages my daily pain has gone and I have much fewer instances of pain over all. I used to have whiplash often and that has been reduced as well.
What I’ve loved most is how knowledgeable Maria is. After each session, I walk away more informed and equipped with advice to help take care of my body. You can tell how knowledgeable Maria is as she talks you through each muscle group she is working on.
