Being first time homeowners in Florida, we were unfamiliar with the pests in and around our home. I called Meryl’s for help. They sent Kelly out right away to inspect and troubleshoot our situation. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and prompt. She patiently answered all of my questions and set me at ease by teaching me about the pests and how we would control them.
