This location was fantastic. We originally started at the men’s warehouse in brooksville. Our experience there was not pleasant, they had issues with their internet and service, we went in for an appointment at 1pm and didn’t get spoke to until 2pm when I finally got the gentlemen’s attention and then got the remark that he wanted to take his lunch. After that it was chaos. We were going to look elsewhere for a tux but decided to come to the Ocala location where we met Louis and Reason. It was like night and day here. Reason & Louis were both great in attitude, knowledge and professionalism. They both were very hepful and were able to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend them and their store in Ocala.
Louis was fantastic! He helped my husband pick out the perfect suit for an upcoming wedding and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for. His attention to detail and professional advice made all the difference.
